These Terms govern the use of the Paleta service (paleta.beauty) and the purchase of reports (digital content): the personal beauty report and the Hairstyles Report.
The subject of sale is digital content: a personal beauty report (color analysis, color palette, guidance on makeup, hair colors, hairstyles and your best look) together with visualizations created from your photo. The report is generated automatically using AI tools.
Separately, we offer the Hairstyles Report: an extended report that shows you in several hairstyles and hair colors matched to your look, also created from your photo and generated automatically using AI.
The reports are appearance and style related (beauty and style) and do not concern health. They do not constitute medical, dermatological or cosmetological advice. All recommendations are aesthetic suggestions only.
Once your payment is confirmed, the report is generated automatically (usually within a few minutes). We make it available at an individual link on the website and send that link to the email address you provided. The link stays active so you can return to your report at any time.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once performance has begun, provided that you have given your express consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
The report is digital content created and delivered immediately after purchase. By placing an order, you expressly consent to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once generation of the report begins. You confirm this consent by ticking the relevant box before payment.
Regardless of the above, if the report is not delivered for reasons attributable to us, we will refund your payment. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
You can submit complaints to szymon.dwakadry@gmail.com. We respond within 14 days. If the report was not delivered for reasons on our side, we refund the payment.
How we process your data (including your photo) is described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence. We may amend these Terms for important reasons; orders placed earlier are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
